Principal directions of activity
- transfer, coordination, and management of oil transportation by oil trunk pipelines to oil refineries in Russia and outside it;
- scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, accident and recovery operations on oil pipelines;
- coordination of activity under combined development of oil trunk pipeline network and other oil pipeline transport facilities;
- interaction with oil pipeline enterprises from other countries concerning oil transportation in accordance with intergovernmental agreements;
- coordination of entity activities on solution of scientific and technical progress issues in oil transportation by pipelines, in implementation of new technologies and materials;
- attraction of investments for development of production facilities, expansion and reconstruction of joint stock societies included in the Company;
- arrangement of work on provision of environment protection in districts of oil pipeline transport.
